How decisions about Tesria are made, stated plainly so nobody has to guess.

• One maintainer, for now. Tesria has a single maintainer, who decides what goes in, reviews and merges changes, and makes releases.

• Decisions in the open. Proposals and the reasons for decisions are written down in issues and pull requests, and the direction of the project in its plan and roadmap in docs/.

• Anyone may propose anything. See Proposing a change. A proposal may be turned down; when it is, the reason is given.

• This will change as the project grows. When others take on regular responsibility, they become maintainers, and this page will say how decisions are shared between them.
