Keyboard shortcuts

Everything the editor does with a key combination, grouped by what it is for. You do not need them all: learn the three or four you reach for most, and the rest will follow.

On a Mac, use ⌘ (Command) where these say Ctrl, and ⌥ (Option) where they say Alt. So Ctrl+B is ⌘B, and Ctrl+Alt+2 is ⌘⌥2.

Undo

Press	To
Ctrl+Z	Undo
Ctrl+Shift+Z or Ctrl+Y	Redo

With live editing on, undo takes back only your own changes, never someone else’s.

Outside the page

Enter in the title moves to the first line of the page. It never publishes.
