Changes from assistants and the API

People are not the only ones who change pages. A script can use Tesria’s REST API to update a status page every night, and an AI assistant connected through MCP can rewrite a paragraph you asked it to. If you happen to have that page open in the editor at the time, Tesria does not let your draft quietly overwrite the change, or the change quietly overwrite your draft. It shows you the change instead, for you to decide.

What you see

• Added text is highlighted, and removed text stays visible, struck through.

• Hovering over a change says who made it, how (the API, MCP, or another session), and how long ago.

• A bar above the page counts the changes, with Accept all and Reject all. Changes are accepted or rejected together, not one by one.

• Update accepts anything still waiting, so publishing never throws a change away without you choosing to.

Changes are compared paragraph by paragraph, so an edited paragraph shows as the old one struck through with the new one after it. If nobody has the page open, the change is simply there the next time someone opens it.
