Turning exports off

Some spaces are more sensitive than the rest, such as salaries or a confidential project. For those, you can turn off any of the ways to download them, so the pages stay in Tesria.

Turning a format off

In the space, choose Space settings and scroll the Details tab to Exports. Untick the formats this space should not allow, and choose Save:

• Markdown, HTML, PDF: a page as a file.

• Website: the whole space as a static site.

• Wiki pack: the whole space with its history.

The Exports section is shown to people whose role may control a space’s exports: administrators, unless your Tesria has changed that. See Roles.

What it does

A format that is off disappears from the page’s ⋮ menu and from the space’s settings for everyone, administrators included, and the API refuses it, until someone with the right turns it back on.
